Another interesting indie shown during Microsoft’s E3 conference, The Artful Escape is a rhythm-based 2D platformer in which you control, by the looks of the short trailer, someone who knows how to play the guitar, and whose guitar skills can influence the environment around you.

Nothing much was shown during the trailer besides some very small initial notions of gameplay, the fact it will have improved visuals on Xbox One X, and the fact it’s being published by Annapurna (the same company which published What Remains of Edith Finch).

The Artful Escape will release on Xbox One with a release date TBA.
