Days Gone makes its return to the stage, but this time we get a nice lengthy gameplay trailer. While the trailer is obviously heavily scripted, it does do a good job showing of various gameplay elements. We get to see what riding the motorcycle will be like, some hand-to-hand combat, a “Witcher Sense” of sorts, stealth and of course the zombies. We were shown that setting traps and luring the super fast zombies to a camp of bandits is a very efficient way to clear out some bad guys. While we probably didn’t get a full representation of the actual full game, since this was a scripted segment, it was nice to see the gameplay elements that will be at our disposal and start dreaming up clever ways to play with the zombie hordes.

Days Gone is set to release on December 29th, 2017.
